This is a good candidate for preservation rhinoplasty: Dorsal convexity but not a huge hump. Straight frontal nasal alignment with good symmetry of brow tip aesthetic line are also criteria. Postoperative 1 year shown.

I came to Dr.Mao’s for liquid rhinoplasty and walked away extremely happy and satisfied with the results. Dr. Mao's physician's assistant Arrisa performed the injections with precision and she did an amazing job and I couldn’t be any happier. The before and after photos speak for themselves. She gave me a bridge and a more defined nose where before, it was wider and I always struggled to keep my glasses on. With my new nose came a slimmer face even tho none were injected in my cheeks. From my first consultation through my recovery, the level of care was top notch. Dr. Mao is very down to earth which immediately put me at ease . Dr. Mao’s expertise helped me determine the work that best aligned with my rejuvenation goals. I ended choosing to do face lift ,neck lift and my eyes.
